Thank you for choosing the KannanTech Internship Program. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

1. General Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all internship program fees. If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the assigned tasks.
  • You have not received the completion certificate.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with your:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Order ID / Payment Reference ID
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
